So i made these booster delete with @takaaono86 input. And it turns out great ! I like them so much that i want one for my coupe.. but over sea cnc service has gone up. Naturally as a typical corolla owner.. if i can get it cheaper.. i will try. So if we can get 10 people to get these it will be around $76.50 without me shipping it to you. Unlike traditional booster delete, brake pedal requires a lot of effort for stopping power. This booster delete requires way less brake effort for same amount of stopping power. How we did this is by copy trd rally car where they mount the master cylinder on the upper two holes. We made it thicker so it’s very well supported.
Installation requirements:
-Need to drill new hole on the brake padel assembly exp pic.7
-trimming a bit at the fire wall for brake master shaft clearance.
-recommended to delete stock proportioning valve and use a wilwood adjustable proportioning valve.
-redo brake line if need to.
WARNING ⚠️: please do not buy this. It is not for everybody. This is more of do it yourself vs plug and play, it requires some work. If you think you need this.. you don’t. But if you already have booster delete and want less brake effort this might be your answer. I am NOT making any profit on these. I just simply cant pay $283 for 1. And this is the dumb idea i came up with… (i will try to get some basic instructions and hardwares info like what size bolt you will need.)
