FC3S 1986-1991 RX-7 Cluster Surround Brace

This product is to help remedy the broken holes in the OEM cluster surround that virtually all of our clusters have.

This will make it so that there is more meat to secure the cluster surround as these are likely the only holes left that we can use as the lower tabs commonly break.
